Welcome Call

Your Digital Marketing Consultant will arrange a Welcome Call to introduce you to your Client Success Management team, who will be responsible for working with you on onboarding and managing your campaign on an ongoing basis.

In our meeting, we will review and discuss the details in the campaign brief. This will enable us to finalise our understanding of your business objectives and will allow us to:

  • Formally introduce you to your Client Success Manager
  • Gain a detailed insight into your business and marketplace
  • Understand your campaign objectives
  • Establish your competitors and target audience
  • Highlight the next steps
  • Answer any of your questions. Your Client Success Executive will send a summary email within 24 hours of the Welcome Call


Campaign Setup

The next stage is for us to complete the initial campaign setup, including:

  • Entering the campaign(s) into the LOCALiQ platform
  • Extensive keyword research
  • Writing relevant and engaging ad copy
  • Compiling a creative brief for our paid media team via display
  • Ad extensions setup
  • The technical setup for tracking

We will send you a campaign construct and any other creative assets for sign-off 1-2 weeks following the Welcome Call. Providing there are no technical issues, the campaign will go live within 48 hours of sign-off for the creative construct and other creative assets, unless a specified start date was already agreed.


Post-Live

Once your campaign is published, your Client Success Executive will notify you. We undertake a 48-hour post-live check to ensure that:

  • The campaign is spending and pacing correctly
  • All forms and phone numbers are tracking correctly
  • The campaign has no errors or disapprovals
  • All links to your website are working correctly

If there are any changes to your website, including URLs or new web forms, please let us know so we can update the site links and tracking accordingly.


Client Centre

You will be contacted by your Client Success Manager within 1-2 weeks of your campaign going live to arrange a convenient time for a web conference call.

The objective of this meeting is to introduce you to the reporting and other features available within Client Centre, including:

  • Access to 24/7 live reporting data
  • View leads by source
  • Email marketing features
  • Contact list compiled from all generated leads


Reporting & Contact

Our operational hours are 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday. We endeavour to offer support when you need it during these hours by email or phone. Should your Client Success Manager be otherwise engaged, they will respond within 24 hours and schedule a meeting with you if necessary.


Optimisation

LOCALiQ has leading marketing technology that optimises campaigns on an ongoing basis. Your Client Success Manager checks weekly reports highlighting campaign performance and uses this data to identify any disapprovals or campaign performance issues. We hold an in-depth performance review every 3-weeks.
